What types of arrangements will be sent?The initial floral delivery in your subscription will be the arrangement seen on this page. Each subsequent arrangement will be similar to what you see in the Olive & Cocoa catalog and online, expertly arranged of the season's freshest blossoms. The retail value of each arrangement is $98 and up.
How do I join the Floral of the Month club or arrange to have it sent as a gift?Simply add the subscription to your cart on our website and proceed to checkout, or call our Customer Service department at 800-538-5404. We're always happy to help!
When will my delivery arrive?Your initial arrangement will be delivered immediately on the date you select at checkout, and your next arrangement will arrive approximately 4 weeks later, delivered on the same Thursday (i.e., first, second, third, or fourth) of every month.
Will I be able to change a delivery date if I am going to be away?We will happily pause your membership until the following month. Please let us know by the 1st of the month you wish to pause.
When will I be charged for my membership?After the initial floral has shipped on the date selected and the initial charge has been made, customers will be charged once a month - approximately 10 days before the next delivery ships.
How are shipping charges calculated?Each floral arrangement requires next day shipping. Membership fees do not include shipping & handling.

How will I know the arrangement is on its way?We will send an email confirmation complete with tracking information to you at the time the arrangement ships.
May I send a greeting card with my gift?Upon checkout, you will have the option to write a personalized message to your gift recipient. We will print your message on a beautiful Olive & Cocoa® gift card which will be delivered with every arrangement.

Farmhouse Fleur is a fresh cut floral arrangement.
- Carefully remove the cardboard inserts holding your flower arrangement in place then unpack.
- The arrangement is held in place by bindwire around the wooden box. You can cut this off as it is not needed anymore.
-Some of the outer guard petals may need to be removed from the flowers to remove any bruises and encourage new growth and beauty.
-Additionally, we use the freshest flowers available, so certain stems in the arrangement may not be fully bloomed when first received. Be patient-the new buds should show within a day or two!
-Flowers should be kept out of extreme hot or cold temperatures.
