This is a really pretty, dainty necklace. Its not long at all, not a choker but short. The loved part is smaller than a dime or close in size. A very nice piece to layer. I am a true real 14kt gold girl, but this represents nicely. Glad I bought it.

Update: Rating Customer Service
I wrote another review about the bad chain but wanted to leave a review for the customer service. After I told them about my 3 faulty chains they refunded me for the necklace and gave me some store credit. Customer service is outstanding and quick to reply. They seemed genuinely worried about making things right.

I bought this for my 100 year old aunt's birthday. She loved it and immediately put it on. From the photo however I thought there were tiny pearls on chain but it's the lighting on the chain that gives that allusion. Nonetheless it's beautiful and she loves it which is what counts

Beautiful chain & pendant
I bought these in gold for my 14 and 16 year old daughters. They love them - very dainty but not too small, and the chain reflects light beautifully. I do understand what other viewers have said about the chain being delicate so easily broken, and have warned my daughters. I can't speak to the previous comments about the gold wearing off the pendant over time, but at this point, I'm extremely happy with the purchase.

I ordered this for my granddaughter's 10th B-day. Since she couldn't have a party as we had planned b/c of Covid-19, & weren't able to have the family gathering we were looking forward to either, I was looking for something meaningful to give her to mark her milestone year. I mailed this to her, and she was so overjoyed when she received it, that her voice was nearly cracking with emotion over the phone! Great Gift
I bought this necklace for Christmas for my 10 year old granddaughter. I was extremely pleased with the quality and workmanship of the necklace, but unfortunately the very delicate chain got tangled in her long hair and broke when we tried to untangle it. The chain tends to knot itself up very easily if taken off so she wears it constantly rather than try to untangle it upon removal. I did repair the break in the chain but I suspect I will be purchasing another necklace shortly, as she adores this gift from me.

This is a first class necklace. My only concern is the chain which is extremely delicate came knotted. A friend of mine who makes jewelry unknotted it. She recommends that you store it full length taped to the cloth it comes with so it cannot reknot itself. I love it.

Beautiful dainty necklace. I have only taken it off once since I received it and that was to apply Everbrite spray to prevent the gold plating on the charm from eroding. I really love the necklace. The chain is a bit shinier than the charm but that doesn't bother me. The necklace arrived in a lovely wood box wrapped with a brown ribbon. Nice touch.

I ordered this some time ago and it took a while to get here. Customer service was great in sending out another one.
I loved the sentiment on it, but it is tiny and looked nothing like the photo in the catalog. It is not oval and it is about the size of your fingernail on your little finger. The person I gave it to liked it, but that may be as much about the sentiment on it as the actual necklace.

My siblings and I decided this would be perfect for mom's birthday. At the party she opened the beautifully boxed packaging. When she revealed it, we gasped. It was EXTREMELY tiny. Nicely put, it's delicate. Tiny. Sigh. Photo is quite a misrepresentation. Nice sentiment but...

Lovely...but SMALL
This "Loved" necklace was the perfect confirmation gift for a petite 12 year old. It really is lovely in form, and in message. Keep in mind, when they say it is a half inch circumference, they mean it! It is small. Would be tiny on a grown woman...perhaps good to layer with other charms(?). Just wish it was a little bigger.

ordered a beautiful mother necklace for daughter and the loved necklace for granddaughter...pleased with both..as they were. crate packaging was unique. bravo. however i spent 77 dollars on overnight shipping and got it 5 days later.

LOVING IT!
My Mom gave this to me for Christmas and the compliments are plenty. Do you notice some in Hollywood are wearing the small disk necklaces with a word on it as well? REALLY wish it was 14K and hope the plating doesn't wear badly.
