This item was delivered to my sister here in Greensboro, GA. I had occasion to see it after three days. The lily in the middle was open, brown, and wilted.

I ordered the lily rose for my mother for Mother's Day and it brought her to tears! She said it was the most beautiful and unique flower arrangement she had ever received. Thank you Olive and Cocoa for making her feel so special on such an important day ??

Beautiful flowers but one flower arrived broken off leaving an empty space. It was still pretty.

She loved it. The flowers were beautiful. It looked like the picture.

I ordered the Lily Rose for my mother for her birthday. I was notified of a shipping delay. The arrangement did not reach my mother until 8 days after it was ordered. The Lily part of the arrangement was turning brown. I knew this was not the usual quality of Olive and Cocoa as I have ordered from them in the past. I came very close to writing a bad review, but I called customer service instead. I barely had to say anything. Nicole in customer service immediately told me my shipping would be refunded, another arrangement would be on the way to my mother, and I would receive a $25 credit towards my next purchase. Now THAT is customer service!!!! I will say if you want to send a gift that has just that little "extra" to it, order from Olive and Cocoa. It is a little pricier than some places, but you will be extremely pleased.

My husband sent me this arrangement as a congratulations for a new job. I am very pleased and very impressed, both with the quality and freshness of the flowers as well as by the beauty of the "petite but perfect" arrangement.
